One estate, one watershed, one spring — and from it, a water and a coffee.
High above the village of Karnangeri, Subramanya Estate sits at 3,840 feet — old river country, the hills from which the Cauvery rises. Monsoon rain falls on the ridge, slows in the canopy, and moves for months through laterite and rock. The valleys gather it. One slope gives it back.
Siblings, not twins. One cool and still, one warm and roasted — both drawn from the same estate, the same altitude, the same rain.
The quiet water.

Enter Pattolé →The contours of this watershed are drawn from the estate's own survey — not an illustration, but the land itself. They run quietly through everything the house makes: the websites, the bottle and the pack, the print and the gifting. Most brands own a mark. We own a geography — and it belongs to both gifts equally.
